The Role

Oxfam OGB is looking for a Head of Impact Evaluation and Adaptive MEL

This role will be part of our newly formed Evidence and Strategic Learning team. It will work across the Oxfam confederation to support new ways of thinking about and influencing monitoring, evaluation and learning. We aim to rebalance incentives in MEL, embed feminist and racial justice ways of working.

Our next Head of Evaluation and Adaptive MEL will require in depth knowledge and experience of evaluation and MEL, a commitment to work in agile and participatory ways, experience of driving innovation and creative thinking about how we shift power within the sector.
