You will work closely with our senior team and HR to communicate and embed a culture of wellbeing and care, to educate and promote our anti-racist message throughout the secretariat and ensure that our global communication channels promote inclusivity and trust at all levels within the International Secretariat.

Key Responsibilities will include –

  • Drive the development, implementation, and improvement of internal communication strategies, programmes, systems, and processes to support the delivery of organisational goals a
    nd priorities
  • Support the delivery of internal communications from the Secretary General and the Coalition Leadership Team and provide timely, trusted advice on employee expectations, needs and feedback by managing various listening exercises so that they remain visible and connected to employees
  • Advise on and execute the delivery of crisis communications, often at very short notice, working collaboratively with press office colleagues to ensure consistency of message and alignment with organizational critical incident protocols
  • Coordinate the internal communications schedule and oversee the development and management of an effective mix of internal communication channels
  • Lead a small team of internal communication professionals to achieve internal communications objectives and to maintain high levels of service delivery whilst ensuring their ongoing professional development
