About: Action Against Hunger

Assignment :
Reporting to the Director of the Audit, Risks and Compliance Department, you will have to manage public donor audits and develop ACF France’s expertise in the management of external audits.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Coordinate the implementation of public donor audits
Plan and organize work at headquarters and in country audit offices
Negotiate with third parties (institutional donors and/or external audit firms) the interests of ACF
Represent ACF externally
Develop and build the annual plan for public donor audits
Build/update the schedule for contractual audits and launch the audit cycle
Ensure business continuity in contractual audits
Develop expertise in public donor audits
Manage and define the process and development of external audit methods and tools and ensure information sharing and training of stakeholders Act
as focal point for public donor audits for the entire ACF France organization Headquarters/Field
Organize and coordinate all activities of the Public Donor Audits Unit
Organize the recruitment, integration, monitoring of the annual plan, and skills development of team members
Manage schedules, organization and coordinate the distribution of work
Ensure the management of the Pole’s budget and associated expenses
Profile:
With higher education in finance/management, project management, auditing or law, you have at least five years of experience in a similar position, including three years in relation to public donors, acquired in the field and/or at the headquarters of an NGO.
You have a solid knowledge of donors and the applicable audit framework.
You have already supervised a team and are recognized for your managerial skills.
You are able to identify potential audit risks, implement risk analysis and assessment techniques, and organize and coordinate activities to ensure that audits are conducted while mobilizing the stakeholders concerned.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your listening and negotiation skills.
Autonomous and rigorous, you know how to convince and argue while playing a facilitator role.
Fluency in French and English, both oral and written, is imperative.
Terms of Employment
Start Date: April 1, 2025
Status: Integrated executive – CDI – full time
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration:
From 46K to 54K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at the headquarters
Benefits: 21 days of RTT and 25 days of CP per year

Transport allowances: 50% covered by the package between home and the workplace

No mandatory face-to-face work for this position, outside of collective face-to-face times.
Collective face-to-face times imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
