And Project Manager Homere in all this?

As a Homère Project Manager, you will support the deployment of the Homère HR and payroll management software and you will provide support on the HR aspects of the Timesheets on missions.

To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:

You will contribute to the preparation and coordination of software deployment projects (Homer) for Afghanistan and other missions for which you will be responsible.

You will provide functional support and technical assistance to users of Homere software.

You will ensure the smooth running of tests and “post-deployment” monitoring for Afghanistan and other missions for which you will be responsible.

You will co-lead HR training sessions in the field in conjunction with Homere.

You will analyze salary data, contribute to sharing best practices and participate in improving procedures.

The challenges that await you:

Remote preparation, then on the mission, for the deployment of Homer and the Timesheets for Afghanistan, our biggest mission currently!

What you will need to succeed

Training

You can provide proof of initial training (Bac+2) in Human Resources, finance, or Project Management.

Experience

You have prior field experience with an international NGO. You have a good understanding of payroll, tax and social law. This will be an undeniable asset!

SKILLS

You demonstrate very good command of Excel and have a strong taste for working with IT tools. Have you already worked on Homer software? This position is for you!

Required qualities

You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ease of communication, both written and oral. Training has no secrets for you. You are proactive, have a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You like to bounce back, you have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to meet deadlines.

PUI will offer you

Status frame

Salary: 3100 EUR gross monthly over 12 months

Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance

Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)

Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
