Has the following responsibilities and duties:

  • Responsible for database administration, focused on the timely and accurate entry of new joiner information, as well as employment and benefits data. Ensure data remains up to date with changes in the personal or employment information of employees.
  • Closely collaborate with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve data accuracy and good customer service for MedGlobal’s employees.
  • Responsible for ensuring HR administration and data management are in line with relevant MedGlobal policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate controls, such as checklists and guidelines.
  • Responsible for Identifying problems and solving problems in relation to the data set this role is responsible for.
  • Sending the Timesheets and salary list to the direct manager in the Turkey office.
  • Keep contracts and Timesheets in original copies and send them to the Turkey office on a monthly basis through the PTT office.

Reporting:

Provide HR management with regular reports on the employee population and employment data, and provide data

and information at request.

Requirements and Skills:

HR Assistants should have the following skills, education, and experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR with local or international humanitarian organizations.
  • University degree in social sciences, Business administration, development studies, agriculture, statistics, or a related field, a master’s degree is an added value.
  • Graduates will be considered; relevant work experience will be an advantage.
  • Experience working with excel, preferably advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, kobo toolbox and report writing.
  • Knowledge and experience in qualitative and quantitative data management techniques including proficient and skillful use of EXCEL and WORD.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Working experience with an information system will be an advantage.
  • Excellent skills in database management.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional in handling sensitive data.
  • Flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
