General context of the project

HR Administration’s Team **

General purpose of the position

The HR Generalist will run the daily administrative functions of the HR Department, including salary administration procedures, benefits, and leave, and will guarantee the compliance with Organization policies and practices

Main responsibilities and tasks

o Prepare employment contracts in respect of the legal requirements.

o Manage communication with the different Public Offices (i.e. Anpal, Inps, Inail).

o Collaborate with the HR Administration Coordinator to guarantee the respect of the Labour Law and the 2nd Degree agreement in the management of the Head Quarters human resources and expatriates.

o Archive the employment contracts of the HQ and International Staff.

o Support the HQ and International Staff for the administrative aspects and inform them about the legal and fiscal aspects of the contracts.

o Facilitates and support the missions during the audits for administrative issues in coordination with Finance Department for International Staff issues.

o Conduct background and employee eligibility checks.

o Perform routine tasks required to run HR administration programs (IMP System and ADP System).

o Maintains compliance with Italian employment laws and regulations, INTERSOS policies and recommended best practices.

o Support HR Administration Coordinator in the review of policies and practices in coordination with HR Director.

o Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.

o Perform other duties as assigned.

o Check and follow up on the correct and timing uploading on IMP of the documents required for the contract preparation.

Required profile and experience

Education

o Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources or equivalent degree required.

Professional Experience

o At least three years of experience

o ADP System knowledge is a plus.

o French language is a plus.

o Knowledge of the Labour law for NGOs is a plus

Professional Requirements

o Knowledge of Italian Labour law, disciplinary management, and dismissal procedures.

o Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Languages

o Fluent English and Italian

o French language is a plus.
