The objective of the People Management Department is to support the organisation to ensure the proper management of our people throughout their life cycle in the organisation, defining and implementing the policies and tools that make this possible with the excellence we seek.

From this area:

We guarantee the proper development of the key processes in people management: vacancy planning, attraction, compensation and benefits, integration, performance evaluation, potential detection and development, motivation and engagement of teams, as well as the measurement of their impact.

We provide technical and strategic expertise to managers for the proper management of their teams.

We enhance the well-being of our staff through the implementation of specific policies.

The main activities you will perform are as follows:

  • Follow and support the work of the HR coordinations of each assigned country to ensure the correct management of their teams.
  • Accompany the implementation of the people management strategy of the assigned countries.
  • Follow the KPI’s of the area to identify potential difficulties and to be able to proactively propose measures.

Does this description fit you?

  • Knowledge related to People management and related processes.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in similar positions. Field experience highly recommended.
  • Spanish and English. French, highly valued.
  • Clear results orientation and high organisational skills to ensure compliance with the strategy.
  • Good communication skills.

  • Temporary position (long-term)
  • Based in Madrid (hybrid model)
  • Salary: Between 28,000 and 31,000 euros depending on the candidate’s qualifications.
