The HR Officer is responsible for staff administration related to compensation and benefits (C&B) within the delegation. The position holder provides HR services in line with the ICRC’s and the delegation’s C&B policies and the applicable laws and regulations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes payroll for Manila-based staff and coordinates with various departments for payroll-related transactions;
- Consolidates and reviews social charges and loan repayment reports for the PH delegation;
- Ensures aligned implementation and guides HR Officers in the field on compensation and benefits-related policies across the delegation.
- Focal point for all related files on Social Security System (SSS), Home Development and Mutual Fund (HDMF / Pag-ibig), and Philippine Health Insurance (Philhealth) in Manila; provides support and guidance to the HR Officers in the field as well as MSSC HR in this aspect
REQUIRED PROFILE
- University degree in psychology, business management, or related field
- At least 2 years experience of payroll processing, both in manual and systems-oriented
- At least 1 year of end-to-end statutory requirement processing
- Must have know-how of data cleaning, processing, and analysis.
- Must have good negotiation and influencing skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino.
