Your place in the organization:

As an HR Partner, you are part of the Human Resources department. You answer to the HR Partners Teamlead. You are the privileged HR relay for several departments.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for supporting your assigned departments. Your responsibilities include recruiting, implementing policies, and answering employee HR questions.
  • You support managers in their HR tasks: you give advice, develop strategic solutions and provide tools.
  • You provide, proactively or on request, advice to internal clients (employees and managers) in order to offer adequate solutions at the strategic and operational levels.
  • You monitor and evaluate the results, data, processes and delivery of our service, in order to guarantee optimum quality.
  • You communicate about the HR service offering and ensure that workers use HR services as intended.
  • You participate in or organize projects and tasks concerning HR and the entire organization, in order to achieve agreed objectives and make the HR point of view heard.
  • You follow HR trends and keep your knowledge of social legislation and labor law up to date, in order to be able to give advice and make the right decisions.

Your profile :

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an HR role.
  • You have a working knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
  • You have excellent knowledge of HR.
  • You enjoy a dynamic environment and you know how to manage stress.
  • You share Oxfam’s values.

  • A full-time contract (38 hours) of indefinite duration ;
  • A gross monthly salary aligned with the NGO sector, namely between €2,782.83 and €4,633.14 for 30 years of seniority;
