Focus on the HR Department
The Human Resources Department is made up of 25 people. The mission of its members is to provide HR support for the organization.
And the HRIS Project Manager in all this?
As an HRIS Project Manager, under the responsibility of the HR department, in collaboration with the services of the HR department and the Information Systems department, you will be in charge of the HRIS project, the daily administration of the all the modules that make up the HR Information System, as well as potential future extension projects.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Daily administration of modules and existing functionalities for the base, recruitment, leave and absences, timesheets, training: configuration of processes in the tool, daily settings in the different modules, response to difficulties and support requests sent by users, link with the service provider.
Proposals for improvements: analysis and control of HR practices and activities carried out by HR teams, automation proposals to improve efficiency and/or quality of work, analysis and testing of unused functionalities of the HRIS modules and their possible added value, reflection on the implementation of HR KPIs in connection with the various activities of the department.
Training and support for users: creation of training content in the most appropriate form (video tutorials, practical sheets, etc.), training/briefing of new users, regular delivery of training for users.
Contribution to HRIS extension projects: active monitoring of the evolution of solutions, contribution to the choice of solution, participation in the deployment of different projects.
Link with the PeopleSphères service provider: coordination of exchanges with the service provider’s customer service and sales department, monitoring of the responses provided, monitoring of improvements to the tool and internal dissemination for proper appropriation by the services concerned.

What you will need to succeed
Formation
You can provide proof of a higher diploma (Master 2 or equivalent) in information systems and/or human resources management.
Experience
You have at least 3 years of experience in data management and HR information systems, ideally in an international NGO (field and/or headquarters). Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
SKILLS
Do you have very good knowledge of data management, a marked interest in information systems, for the optimization of digital tools and office automation tools? This position is made for you!
Required qualities
You are proactive, demonstrate great rigor, autonomy, organization and good management of priorities. You demonstrate dynamism, adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and oral. You have a taste for teamwork.
LANGUAGES
Do you speak French and English fluently? So much the better, it’s essential for this position!.

PUI will offer you
Status frame
Salary: 3100 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance
Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
