We are looking for a Hub Deputy Manager at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation
What you’ll be doing:
In this role you will support all online Hub operations within Batley and will be instrumental in the growth and development of our on-line business. Managing both staff, trainees and volunteers you will lead and empower to deliver high levels of quality and customer service while offering support, direction and inspiration when needed. In conjunction with the Hub Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in the management of product supply, storage, inventory systems, sales and returns within a large warehouse environment. You will work to develop a strong sense of teamwork across all departments and with strong leadership and high levels of motivation deliver against objectives and KPI’s set. You will support in the development of both our people and the business and ensure teams are fully communicated to and supported. Supported by our Resource Coordinator, you will ensure all shifts are covered maximising operational hours. To be passionate about people and the work Oxfam does.
