Purpose and Objectives:
Human Resources and Administration (HRA) department established an internship opportunity to enhance the educational experience for students through practical and guided hands-on exposure and participation in ADPC’s HRA ongoing projects.
Expected Outputs:
· The expected deliverables to be submitted within three (3) to six (6) month periods are:
- Monthly progress report
- Final report summarizing all deliverables
Responsibilities and Tasks:
The incumbent will need to work with the Human Resources and Administration team members to perform the following tasks:
HR Strategic Management
- Develop HR analytic reporting, and systems for internal use
- Analyze HR current strategies and provide practical suggestions
- Assist in HR gender roll-out activities
- Provide support on the development of current procedures
HR Marketing and Communication
- Plan and implement marketing and communication campaign for building engagement
- Plan and manage HRA newsletter
- Develop HRA communication strategy, such as, infographic and FAQ one-pager
- Oversee Performance Evaluation and HRA internal website and suggest improvements
- Develop internal HRA webpage add-ons
- Co-administer of Internal communication channel and webpage
- Co-facilitate monthly staff meeting
Other HR and Administrative Support
- Conduct research on HR-related best practices, trends and market standards in HR practices
- Assist HR program implementation on administration work
- Additional Human Resources projects may be assigned based on the intern’s areas of interest and expertise
- Other relevant tasks that will be assigned by HRA team
Working Principles: Primary report to Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources and Administrative Officer and work closely with the staff within Human Resources and Administration Department.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Advanced English writing skills; knowing Thai would be an advantage.
- Studies in Business Administration or equivalent field of study would be an advantage;
- Good command in using Microsoft office and cloud-based application;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain information, systems, and details-orientation of tasks with accuracy;
- Demonstrated ability to work well on culturally diverse, good interpersonal skill and strong teamwork-oriented;
- Good capacity to learn and apply procedures
- Strong research and analytical skills;
- Be computer literate in standard software applications and technological awareness: keeps abreast of available technology; understands applicability and limitation of technology to the work of the office; actively seeks to apply technology to appropriate tasks; shows willingness to learn new technology.

Duration: Contract period: 3 months’ trial period with the possibility of extension up to 6 months
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Condition of payment: Interns are not financially remunerated by the ADPC and are responsible for all costs related to joining the internship duty; however, may be eligible for partial or full sponsorship based on the criteria set in Guideline for APDC Internship Programme.
