Human Resources Delegate – CAR At Croix-Rouge Française

The French Red Cross (FRC) has been operational in CAR since 2004. The strategy of the FRC in the Central African Republic has developed towards a geographically integrated approach in collaboration with the Central African Red Cross (CAR) to accompany vulnerable people towards autonomy in Bangui and Berberati.

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Under the direct responsibility of the Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator, the Human Resources Delegate will be responsible for :

Ensuring and steering the administrative management of human resources for all CRF programs developed in CAR (in compliance with local legislation, tools and procedures in place, and the rules of good human resources management)

Ensure administrative consistency in the management of national HR between the two bases and in accordance with the regulations in force

Ensure the management of expatriate staff

Education:

Minimum initial education (bachelor’s degree +2/3) in human resources, business administration and management, or law.

Job Requirements: Experience (2/3 years) in human resources management, labor law, administration in a similar position in an NGO / expatriation.

Experience working in a team with a functional link.

Experience working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.

Excellent analytical, writing, planning and organizational skills.

Good teaching skills.

Absolute confidentiality.

Ability to work in a context of both crisis and development (stress, workload, insecurity).

Mastery of computer tools

Assets : Knowledge of CRF and CRCR movement would be a plus.

Languages : Fluent French.
