Focus on the Human Resources Management Department
The Human Resources Management Department is made up of 8 people. The mission of its members is to ensure administrative and payroll compliance for headquarters and expatriate staff, to provide operational support for administrative management and field travel, and to define and implement policies, procedures and tools necessary for quality human resources management for headquarters and the field.
And the Human Resources Management Assistant in all this?
As a Human Resources Management Assistant, under the supervision of the Deputy Human Resources Management Manager (RGRHA), in conjunction with the other HR assistants, the HR secretary, the HR Mission managers, you actively contribute to administrative management of personnel, in particular the management of personnel files, contracts and administrative documents, for the populations to which you are attached.
You will be responsible for developing and classifying administrative files and integrating staff in a dedicated area or perimeter. In particular, you will be required to collect the documents necessary for drawing up contracts. You will also monitor and administratively manage staff in this area or perimeter (monitoring absences, working arrangements, etc.). In conjunction with the Accounting department, you will participate in managing HR expense reports and various invoices. Finally, you will contribute to the life of the Department by actively participating in meetings and by being a force for proposals for improving tools and procedures.
What you will need to get this work-study program
- Training: You must be attached to a training center approved by the State and prove that you are pursuing a higher diploma, level Bac+3, Bac+4 or bac+5, in Human Resources and/or social law .
- Experience: A first experience of working in a team or in an associative structure will be appreciated.
- Skills: You have very good writing skills in French and are proficient in computers (Office Pack).
- Required qualities: You are very rigorous, have a sense of priorities and have good stress management skills. You are able to work in a confidential manner. You are dynamic, have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
- Languages: French and English (written!) have no secrets for you? So much the better, these are two essential languages for this work-study program

PUI will offer you
- Status: Employee on professionalization contract or apprenticeship contract
- Salary :
Professionalization contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined based on age and diploma
Apprenticeship contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined according to age and year of apprenticeship
- Support: Support of up to 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €10)
- Medical coverage : 100% from health and welfare mutual insurance
- Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
- Five days off for exams
- A flexible teleworking policy , based on three methods.
