Contract Duration: Indefinite (open contract, subject to organizational requirements, availability of funds and satisfactory performance)

Type of Contract: Regular Month, this contract is established in the form of a regular monthly contract, that is, a continuous presentation of services is required during the period of the contract, making the payments associated with the contract at the end of each calendar month.

What will your tasks be?

The Human Resources Manager will lead Mexico´s Office management, implementation and supervision of human resources systems and services.This includes recruitment planning, contract management, learning and development services for management and projects, as well as advice and guidance on various HR and change management exercises.

What are we looking for?

– Advanced university degree (equivalent to a master’s degree) or university degree (equivalent to bachelor’s degree or first university degree). Degree preferred in human resource management, business administration, behavioral or social sciences, organizational or industrial psychology

– 5-7 years of relevant human resource management experience (depending on the education diplomas) including: talent acquisition for management or senior positions; advisory services in important areas of human resource management (eg policies, human resource management reporting, organizational design, talent acquisition and development, organizational climate); experience leading human resources teams.

– Fluent command of the Spanish and English language (read, oral and written) is required.
