Ghiras Al-Nahda opens the door to volunteer in the position of: Humanitarian Campaigns and Fundraising Manager.

Position Requirements:

•S/ He has a vision

• S/He enjoys initiative, leadership and renewed activity

• S/He has creative ideas

• S/He is a good organizer and time manager

• S/He has the ability to frequent visits to the Syrian interior

• A person with an experience in crowdfunding operations and techniques will definitely be preferred more than the others.

• Holds a university degree in any branch or a university student

• Good at English at a good level

• Preference will be given to those with previous voluntary and organizational experience

• Those who have Turkish citizenship are preferred (but not required).

Main duties required for the position:

• Preparing a campaign promotion plan, setting its indicators, and following it up with the concerned departments

• Determine requirements in coordination with the Monitoring Section and field teams

• Manage the fundraising process through various means

• Coordinating with the Programs Department to implement campaigns and setting the parameters necessary for the success of the relevant promotion plan

• Managing volunteers to carry out miscellaneous and petty things in coordination with the Media Department and the Programs Department

• Manage fundraising volunteers and marketers

• Provide feedback to supporters and the community through coordination with the Media and Programs Department
