Ice Coordinator Of Humanitarian Simulation Exercises At Bioforce

THE POST.

Context

Bioforce is looking for its Training Center in Vénissieux (69), its Coordinator, responsible for the design and animation of simulation exercises aimed at putting learners in a situation. An essential component of Bioforce’s educational systems, field application exercises are integrated into all professional training programs delivered by the Bioforce Europe Center.

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the center director, you will be responsible for the following missions:

• Ensure the development, relevance of content and educational/technical scenarios of role-playing exercises and immersion courses:
  • Create field application scenarios;
• Guarantee the consistency and quality of the actions delivered;
• Ensure the identification and preparation of the various necessary technical equipment;
• Ensure capitalization and take into account learning to develop the system.
• Facilitate field applications and immersion courses:
  • Pilot and implement exercises;
  • Ensure the animation and supervision of teams of trainers;
  • Lead learner briefings and debriefings in order to enhance learning.
• Guarantee the safety of learners and the teaching team during the implementation of exercises
  • Ensure a learning framework aimed at the safety of learners and the teaching team;
  • Ensure compliance with safety instructions when carrying out exercises.
• Ensure the coordination of a professional training course:
  • Ensure the management of a professional training program and the interface between the different actors;
  • Participate in the recruitment and integration of external stakeholders;
  • Ensure support for learners during their training courses;
  • Design and implement the learner evaluation system in line with the evaluation methods and criteria of the certification framework

DESIRED PROFILE.

Knowledge & experience:

You have significant professional experience of at least 2 years in the training and humanitarian sector .

You have knowledge in the following areas:

• Humanitarian action sector and professions in France or internationally;
• Experiential learning methods and design of real-life scenarios;
• Support and advice for adults in training;
• Training engineering and training program design.

Experience as an event host, sports coach, leisure center educator would be a plus.

Training:

You have completed Bac + 3/4 level training in training engineering, humanitarian action, development.
