Position Title: ICT Associate (Applications Development)

Type of Appointment: One-year fixed-term, with possibility of extension

Salary: Php 865,090 per annum net of taxes

Context

Under the overall supervision of Senior ICT Officer (Project Management) and direct supervision of the ICT Officer (Applications Development) and in close coordination with the Head of Project Management Practice, the successful candidate will have responsibility of managing the full development and deployment cycle of organization wide applications and interfaces. The incumbent will manage the deliverables of the project team and provide them leadership to implement a high performance, optimized and network efficient solutions as required by all business processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with five years of relevant professional experience in software development; or
• Completed High School Diploma with seven years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional certification in mobile development such as swift developer certification and PRINCE 2 Methodology is a distinct advantage.

Experience

• Sound and specialist effective application of knowledge gained from recognized bodies of knowledge and organizational information in project management using industry standards, systems analysis, technical design and application architecture, database design and requirements I technical I user documentation.
• Experience in project management (preferably with PRINCE2 methodology);
• Experience in .NET framework, JAVA, ASP .Net, SQL Server and SharePoint developments and language programming skills.
• Experience as Technical Lead for at least two full project lifecycles for a medium or large d web-based application;
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP NetWeaver, SAP E-Recruitment, AJAX, HTML, C#, and web services an advantage;
• Demonstrates an analytical and systematic approach to issue resolution and works independently.
• Takes the initiative in identifying and negotiating appropriate personal and team development opportunities.
• Strong leadership, project management and analytical skills with capacity to understand IT business requirements and to translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to build the team in a multicultural environment and to work effectively with colleagues from different professional background.
