About MRD

Mari Research and Development (MRD) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization dedicated to promoting cohesive and tolerant societies where justice and equality prevail, we seek to promote human rights, and to make them the primary and main drivers of the diverse societies which we target through our work, it was established in 2019 and registered in Canada, France and Erbil.

Scope of Work

MRD is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to provide Information Management and IT Services. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering these services over a period of 67 days, distributed throughout the full year, in the following areas:

Information Management Services

• Review and assess the organization’s current information management practices.
• Develop and implement efficient information management processes, including data collection, storage, and retrieval.
• Create policies and procedures for data security, backup, and recovery.
• Assist in the development and implementation of a document management system.
• Provide training to MRD staff on effective information management practices.

IT Services

• Review and evaluate the organization’s existing IT infrastructure.
• Provide IT support for hardware and software systems.
• Implement security measures to safeguard MRD’s data and network.
• Manage software updates, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in the procurement and setup of IT equipment and software.

Evaluation Criteria

The proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Experience and expertise in Information Management and IT Services.
• Understanding of MRD’s specific requirements and the context of MRD’s programs.
• Methodology and approach for service delivery.
• Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in Information Management and IT Services.
• Cost-effectiveness and value for money.

All information provided in the proposal should be treated as confidential and used solely for the evaluation process.

Right to Reject Proposals

MRD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received without assigning any reason.
