The Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative – also known as “hulo” – is the first humanitarian cooperative that connects international solidarity actors to facilitate the pooling of resources to optimize logistics and the supply chain . In March 2024, the humanitarian organizations (OH) members of hulo are ACTED, Action Against Hunger, BIOPORT, the French Red Cross, Fleet Forum, Handicap International / Atlas Logistique, Intersos, Médecins du Monde, Oxfam Intermón, Plan International, Première Urgence International, Solidarités International, and Welthungerhilfe.
hulo’s objective is to increase the impact of humanitarian aid by strengthening links and solidarity between humanitarian logistics actors and improving performance through the pooling of resources and expertise in logistics and supply chain.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Digital Projects Department, you will join the Design & Development department.
The department is made up of around twenty people (internal resources and service providers) with varied expertise (Web Project Managers, Technical Manager, UI-UX Design Coordinator, Back and Front Developers, etc.), in charge of designing and maintaining the applications implemented. available to humanitarian actors.
Currently, beyond the implementation of the application portal architecture, the teams are working on the design, deployment and maintenance of three tools: “ Transport by hulo ” (international transport coordination platform, used by 80 organizations); “ Shared Resources ” (mobile application for exchanging resources and services between OH, soon in production), and “ Link ” (management tool for the OH Supply Chain , currently used by 3 organizations in 60 countries, and in redesign course).
In order to participate in the development of the cooperative, under the direction of the Technical Project Manager, in close collaboration with the project teams, your main missions will be:
- Manage the infrastructure of IS projects and administer DevOps Systems.
- Manage relationships with infrastructure providers and service user partners.
- Contribute to the structuring of IT infrastructures, ensure technological monitoring and propose innovations.
YOUR PROFILE
With a BAC+3 training in Computer Science with an Infrastructure and System specialization, you have 3 years of significant professional experience, with at least one experience in DevOps.
You are motivated by technical challenges and team design.
You demonstrate proactivity, autonomy and ingenuity.

HULO WILL OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
A salaried position
- Full-time position based in Montreuil, with the possibility of working remotely.
- Permanent employment contract (CDI) under French law.
- Salary conditions:
- Annual gross salary: approximately €42,000
- 21 days of RTT per year
- Mutual insurance covered at 80% by hulo
- Restaurant tickets: face value of €8, covered at 60% by hulo
- Specific conditions and skills: prolonged sitting, oral expression, work on screen, telephone contacts
