Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.

The Role

Oxfam GB is looking for an Integrity and Intelligence Specialist. In this role you will work across a variety of teams to help make Oxfam GB better for the people and communities it serves, both in the UK and abroad. You will respond to incidents of misconduct, escalate high risk issues to senior stakeholders, and report misconduct to key partners.

You will use case data and key intelligence to produce analytic reports that evaluate trends, support investigations, and inform decisions of senior management. This dynamic role is an opportunity to shape Oxfam GB’s operations with crucial whistleblower support and analyses.

What we are looking for

Our next Integrity and Intelligence Specialist will bring a sharp attention to detail, experience in data analysis, and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is confident managing databases, conducting research, and producing analytic reports. You can adapt communications for various audiences, from whistleblowers to senior managers.

You understand how corruption and exploitation can occur in the humanitarian and development sector, and are able to empathize and communicate with at-risk individuals.

We offer

This role will give you an opportunity to support the people and communities Oxfam serves by empowering reporters through our whistleblowing system, maintaining the confidence of Oxfam GB’s donors, and feeding back key intelligence to senior stakeholders.

You will work with a group of people that are specialists in various fields of misconduct and will regularly collaborate with diverse teams across the organization on ad hoc projects.

Flexfam

We believe flexible working is key to building the Oxfam of the future, so we’re open to talking through the type of flexible arrangements which might work for you. We think this role would work particularly well as a partially home-based position.
