What is Alsama Project?
Alsama is an ambitious and innovative NGO which runs education centres for out-of-school teenagers in Lebanon’s refugee camps. Students join us illiterate and innumerate. But with our innovative programme, they catch up with 12 years of school education in just 6 years! We are a grassroots organisation that focuses on impact, quality & scale.
What is the G12++?
We are now launching the G12++, a solution to help displaced youth can access universities & jobs. It solves a global problem that almost 1 million youth face, around the world. The G12++ is a global certificate tailored for bottom-of-pyramid refugee youth. It serves to prove high school capabilities to universities & employers, who otherwise struggle to make admissions or recruiting decisions for refugee youth coming from non-traditional schooling.
We will launch the G12++ with our first cohort of candidates in Lebanon in February 2026. We anticipate the G12++ can benefit 50,000+ young people globally each year.
