Project name: “Evaluation, Identification and Formulation of Human and Social Development Actions in Yemen”.
Relevant university degree; or/and equivalent working experience of at least 20 years.
General working experience on development cooperation in the areas of community infrastructure, community development, livelihoods, food security, nutrition, health, education, cash assistance, training, employment, among others. /
Professional experience working in the area of conflict/fragile countries / professional experience working on EU procedures, especially on formulation/identification of actions
Assets: At least one mission in Yemen and good command of arabic.
Conditions: 60 days of work spread over 1 year. Possibility of a mission in Yemen of one week but home-based work preferred.
