Where you come in:
In this a 4 – 6-month fixed term, part-time* position, reporting to the International Programs and Polic y & Advocacy Admin Support Manager, you will work to ensure accurate and efficient administration of the division. Providing general support, your input will see the department operates in a proactive and professional manner at all times.
You will make an impact by:
- Accurately and efficiently processing invoices and procurement in Agresso
- Managing the back-end processes including the consultant database and department/ team OzNet pages
- Updating the department personnel charts
- Ensuring all new team members to the department have completed their induction meetings and documentation
- Monitoring of compulsory attendance of the International Programs Learning Seminars
- Ensuring all filing and information-sharing systems are kept up to date
- Seeking improvement in operational processes of the department

This role requires:
- Significant general administration experience and excellent organisational skills.
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Advanced typing and computer literacy skills and strong competency in Microsoft Office products (word processing, spreadsheets, databases and graphics)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and quality
