Sealed tenders are invited from qualified, experienced and reputable building contractors who are registered with the Ministry of Roads and Public Works for provision of the following works to Jesuit Refugee Service, Nairobi – Kenya.

RFQ: RENOVATIONS AND REPAIRS FOR MIKONO SHOP at JRS COMPOUND – Nairobi
The tender documents with its details can be obtained from Jesuit Refugee Service office situated along Gitanga Rd, Lavington behind Mary Immaculate hospital.
Please arrange to come for a site visit on Thursday 10th February, Friday 11th February and Monday 14th February 2022 from 2pm.
BIDS addressed to Logistics officer JRS Kenya in plain envelope with tender number and the title clearly indicated on the envelope should be dropped at the gate OR sent via email to ken.logistics@jrs.net, latest 15th February 2022** by 5.00 pm.
The applicant must enclose the following documents:
1. Copy of Company Registration Certificate.
2. Copy of NCA registration Certificate.
3. Copy of valid NCA practicing certificate.
4. Copies of Valid PIN and VAT Compliance certificate.
5. Company profile with details of works undertaken (in the last 6 months) and the technical staff.
6. Up to date profile of the technical people.
7. Recommendations from at least two referees from the recent assignments. Kindly attach the completion certificates as well.
8. Certified latest bank statement in the name of the bidding company
N/B: JRS reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in part or whole and does not bind itself to accept the LOWEST BIDDER.
