Projects Clinic Consulting (PCC) is a leading research, monitoring, and evaluation consultancy, established in 2019, with extensive experience across the Middle East, North Africa (MENA), and the Horn of Africa. Location: Nationwide (Baghdad, Erbil, Southern Iraq, and other provinces/governorates)
Job Type: Consultant/Short-Term/Long-Term Contract (Depending on Project)

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Data Collection:
- Lead and conduct field data collection activities, including quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, focus group discussions, and participatory assessments.
- Ensure data collection is conducted ethically and adheres to organizational guidelines and protocols.
- Data Analysis:
- Perform advanced quantitative data analysis using tools like SPSS, Stata, or Excel.
- Conduct qualitative data coding and thematic analysis using NVivo, MAXQDA, or similar software.
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and insights.
- M&E System Development:
- Design and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and processes to monitor project performance.
- Develop and track indicators, baselines, and benchmarks in alignment with project objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to share findings and inform programming.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare high-quality reports, including evaluations, assessments, and research studies.
- Ensure timely submission of deliverables that meet donor and organizational standards.
- Capacity Building:
- Train and mentor local field teams on data collection, analysis, and M&E best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in research, monitoring, and evaluation, with a focus on humanitarian or development programs in Iraq.
- Proven track record of conducting field-based data collection in challenging and diverse environments.
- Strong background in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R, NVivo, MAXQDA, or similar).
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with local authorities and community stakeholders.
- Strong report-writing and presentation skills in English.
- Languages:
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Other Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Familiarity with cultural and social dynamics in Iraq’s diverse regions.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work in remote locations across Iraq.
