THE POST.
Context

Bioforce is looking for its head office in Vénissieux (69), his or her IT department manager.

Activities
Reporting to the Director of Administration and Finance, your main missions will be to ensure the performance and optimization of IT tools and systems for all of the organization’s activities, in accordance with Bioforce’s strategic orientations. and more particularly :

Pilot the development of IT systems:

• Establish a dynamic dialogue with business users to understand their functional expectations and their degree of satisfaction with the software and systems used;
• In conjunction with the organization’s management, propose areas for improvement in terms of ERP and tools in order to support the strategic development of the organization;
• Ensure a technological watch in order to detect market possibilities in relation to internal needs;
• Design and implement the diagram of information systems;
• Set up and monitor performance dashboards for business data and information;
• Supervise the proper functioning and sustainability of computer systems, equipment and networks;
• Développer et piloter les projets informatiques actuels et futurs de Bioforce en France et à l’étranger.

Suivre et développer les TICE

• Suivre les nouveaux outils technologiques pour assurer le renforcement de la formation à distance ;
• S’assurer du bon fonctionnement du logiciel de gestion de la formation ALCUIN, organiser la formation des utilisateurs et assurer le développement du logiciel en lien avec l’évolution des besoins de Bioforce et en collaboration avec Alcuin.
  Assurer la protection des données
• Assurer le rôle de Délégué à la Protection des données (DPO) de l’organisation ;
• Mettre en place la conformité RGPD à l’aide du logiciel (Smart Global Privacy) ;
• Garantir la politique RGPD et le respect des règlementations par les utilisateurs ;
• Informer et former les utilisateurs au respect des règles et gérer les incidents RGPD.
  Assurer la gestion financière, le management et la qualité du service informatique
• Élaborer le budget et assurer le suivi des dépenses de fonctionnement ;
• Négocier les tarifs avec les prestataires ;
• Assurer la mobilisation et l’encadrement de l’équipe ainsi que le développement de ses compétences ;
• Garantir la qualité du service informatique apportée aux utilisateurs.
  PROFIL SOUHAITE.
  Connaissances & expériences
  Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le pilotage de solutions SAS et/ou dans le management d’un ERP. Vous connaissez les normes de sécurité et l’actualité des risques de sécurité informatiques.
  La connaissance des bases de données sera appréciée.
  La maîtrise de l’Anglais technique (écrit et oral) est requise.

Formation
Vous disposez d’un niveau Master 2 Gestion des Systèmes d’Information ou spécialité connexe ou/et Master 1 Gestion des Systèmes d’Information.

Qualités
Vous avez le sens de l’anticipation et vous êtes force de proposition afin de mettre en oeuvre des solutions innovantes. Vous êtes polyvalent et adaptable dans un environnement en évolution constante.
Vous savez faire preuve de capacités de négociation.
Vous avez le sens du service, de l’écoute et vous démontrez une capacité à recueillir et analyser les informations.

CONDITIONS.
Integration date: September / October 2021
Status: Executive employee, salary according to profile / salary grid, restaurant tickets, mutual insurance, 50% of public transport, and 6 weeks of paid leave / year + 10 RTT – Possibility of teleworking up to 2 days a week
