Focus on the Information Systems Department
Logistics is made up of 3 people. The mission of its members is to support the headquarters and field teams in the use and development of IT tools.
And the IT and Cyber Security Specialist in all this?
As an IT and Cyber Security Specialist, under the direct supervision of the Work Environment and Headquarters IT Manager and in functional link with the various Headquarters services, you will ensure the implementation and the proper functioning of all IT services, the provision of the framework and solutions necessary for the smooth running of the association’s activities.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Monitoring: You will ensure daily monitoring and vigilance aimed at the proper functioning and continuity of the services for which you will be responsible for headquarters and the field. You will also be in charge of managing and monitoring the headquarters’ IT infrastructure.
Support: You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to headquarters users regarding commonly used hardware, equipment and software.
Mission support: You will accompany and support missions for the deployment of IT infrastructures and tools in the field.
Programmation : Avec le·la Responsable du Service Logistique, vous participerez à la rédaction d’un plan d’action annuel pour le service. Vous participerez également au montage du budget prévisionnel des dépenses logistiques de siège sur les thématiques des technologies de l’information et des communications numériques.
Sécurité : Sous la responsabilité du·de la Chargé·e de l’environnement de travail et de l’infrastructure informatique siège, vous assurez le maintien en conditions opérationnelles de l’ensemble de la structure TIC du siège et de l’intégrité des données de l’association.
Les défis qui vous attendent:
– Sécurisation du systèmes d’information de la structure – Gestion de l’infrastructure informatique du siège ; – Assistance technique aux utilisateurs sur le parc applicatif et le matériel informatique;
Ce qu’il vous faudra pour réussir
Formation
Vous pouvez justifier d’une formation Master ou bac +5 en informatique, administration systèmes et réseaux.
Expérience
Vous êtes fort d’une expérience dans un poste similaire au siège d’une ONG ou vous avez une expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum. Vous avez déjà travaillé avec Première Urgence Internationale? Ce sera un atout indéniable!
Compétences
Vous maitrisez les environnements Windows et Windows serveur 2012. Vous avez des compétences informatiques en : Administration: Win 10, SharePoint, Hyper, Microsoft Azure, Unbuntu, Office 365, Fortinet, VMware. Scripts : PowerShell, CLI. Web : PHP . Outils Bureautique : Suite Office 2010, 2013,2016, AIK, Clonezilla, Syncovery. Messagerie : Office 365 et hébergement mutualisé OVH. Réseaux : LAN, Wifi. Base de données : MySQL, SQL server. Vous connaissez les environnements Virtuel, Unix et Linux ? C’est un plus !
Qualités requises
Vous montrez un bon relationnel, une facilité de communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, et vous avez le goût du travail en équipe. Vous faites preuve de fiabilité et de sens des responsabilités, de rigueur et d’organisation, de réactivité et d’adaptabilité. Vous avez une appétence pour le support utilisateur. Vous avez une excellente résistance au stress et une capacité à travailler sous pression.

PUI vous proposera
Statut: Cadre
Salaire: 3300 EUR bruts mensuel sur 12 mois
Couverture médicale: 80% de la mutuelle Santé et Prévoyance
Prise en charge: Prise en charge à hauteur de 50% du titre de transport et à hauteur de 60% des Tickets Restaurant (d’une valeur faciale de 9€)
Repos: 5 semaines de congés payés par an + 1 RTT par mois (37h/semaine)
