Aim of the position:
The resource will be inserted in the IT area carrying out various help desk support and IT infrastructure management activities for the Head Quarters and in the 40 countries in which AVSI operates.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- • Troubleshooting activities for all hardware and software problems encountered by users
- • Support for the administration of Office 365 accounts
- • Support for monitoring the operation of on-premise and cloud IT systems
- • Management of IT assets of the offices in Italy
Essential requirements:
- Education: Degree or diploma in computer science or equivalent.
- Work experience: At least 1 year’s experience in the role or similar activities
Required skills and experiences:
Hard Skills:
- • Knowledge of the main Microsoft client and server operating systems
- • Knowledge of the Office 365 package (installation, configuration and use)
- • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online
- • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin center
- • Basic knowledge of networking
Soft Skills:
- • Excellent communication skills
- • Ability to work in a team and excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Additional skills and\or experience (optional):
- • Good knowledge of the French language
- • Knowledge of Power APP and/or Dynamics 365 platforms
- • Knowledge of on-premise Active Directory and Azure AD
- • Previous experience in contexts with a structured service desk
