Within the territorial management of the French Red Cross of Reunion, your main mission will be to carry out maintenance, installation and ensure the maintenance in operational conditions of the establishments’ IT equipment.
Your main missions will be as follows:
- Fleet management (Servers, workstations, printers, etc.)
- Installation of IT and telecom equipment
- User Support
- Monitoring of incidents and requests via the dedicated tool
- Supporting structures in their digital transformations
- Transmission of good IT practices
- Contribution to infrastructure and application renewal projects
- Supervision of service providers’ interventions
- Identification of non-conformities

Practical information related to the position
Position based in Saint-Denis (97400).
Frequent travel to establishments on the island.
To successfully complete your mission you must be technically capable:
- To establish a precise diagnosis of IT equipment failures and propose suitable and lasting improvement solutions.
- Manage the life cycle of IT equipment (order/delivery/installation/removal from inventory)
- To quickly analyze a request and propose a solution adapted to your contact
- To apply and enforce the rules of good IT and Telecoms security practices
Endowed with a strength of proposal, you are recognized for your ability to adapt to different interlocutors (internal and external). Rigorous, with a capacity for synthesis, you know how to manage your priorities in project mode.
You like working in a team and sharing your achievements while ensuring reporting.
Knowledge of the health and medico-social sectors would be a plus.
