Key Accounts Executive
Location : Salford
Contract Type: 12 month FTC
Hours : 35 hours per week (service runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm)
Salary: circa per annum pro rata, dependent on experience plus bonus and incentives

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, customer focused individual to join the friendly team at our Red Cross Training contact centre in Salford.
What you’ll be doing Your role will be essential in helping grow, maintain and manage customer relationships, which will help ensure that Red Cross Training remains a market leader in the provision of first aid training courses.
You will achieve this by providing customers with a bespoke course booking support and account service, acting as the first point of contact for an allocated number of our key accounts.
Communicating with your customers via a range of channels, particularly inbound telephone and email, you’ll nurture customer relationships, and look to maximise sales opportunities by promoting our first aid courses and associated products to your customer base, with the overall aim of converting enquiries into bookings.
Initially working from home (due to Covid 19 restrictions) you will be joining a large and supportive team.

You will be working with a close-knit team providing managed customer service to a number of Key Account clients at our Salford contact centre, which is home to a number of support services for our Red Cross Training team.
