About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of Organizational Development and Training, the Implementation Consultant will provide project management support for the configuration and implementation of a new Learning Management platform (LearningPool).

Acting as a technical lead during Learning Management System implementation, you will ensure delivery of the Learning Management System for US based staff and international staff based in 16 countries, designing/evaluating solutions and supporting the needs of the Learning Management System implementation.

About you:

You are a self-starter with demonstrated capacity for efficiently working alone and a track record of success in implementing learning platforms Learning Management System/Learning Experience Platform systems (user and admin) to host, deliver and manage learning content.

An excellent communicator, able to keep the team updated on any progress or setbacks, you will have strong project management skills, including stakeholder management and the ability to maintain focus on agreed objectives and deliverables.
