NRC is looking for a Legal Assistance (ICLA) Project Manager to join the Myanmar mission. The role holder will be responsible for the implementation of the Information, Counselling, and Legal Assistance (ICLA) projects for the North-West Area Office in Myanmar.

What You Will Do
- Information, Counselling, and Legal Assistance (ICLA) strategy development.
- Information, Counselling, and Legal Assistance (ICLA) project implementation (activities, budget and project documentation).
- Technical direction and assurance of high quality of projects.
- Information, Counselling, and Legal Assistance (ICLA) projects development, coordination and management, in line with strategies, proposals, and donor requirements.
- Information, Counselling, and Legal Assistance (ICLA) programme activities management in the North-West Area Office.
- Technical themes monitoring, analysing, and reporting.
- Emergency and protracted displacement legal aid response input, participation, and analysis.
- Information, Counselling, and Legal Assistance (ICLA) programme design and delivery.
- People leadership by identifying and recruiting staff; as well as providing mentorship and support; and capacity building and training.
- Stakeholder relations.
- Forums/cluster/working groups participation and representation.
What You Will Bring
- Humanitarian legal aid programme management experience.
- Legal assistance expertise.
- Legal identity documentation and statelessness; and Housing, Land, and Property rights knowledge and expertise.
- Project management experience (including people management and motivation, project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation analysis, and donor reporting).
- Complex and volatile context exposure.
- Myanmar, or sub-regional Bangladesh/Myanmar, context exposure and knowledge, pertaining to displacement and humanitarian needs will be an added advantage.
- English fluency, both written and verbal.

What We Offer
- Sittwe, Myanmar duty station, subject to receiving a visa. The successful candidate may be expected to work from home/remotely for extended periods of time.
- 12-months contract duration.
- 25% travel, approximately.
