PLAY International
PLAY International is a French NGO founded in 1999 on a conviction: sport is a source of solutions to meet our societal challenges. PLAY International’s main mission is to design and implement’education and’inclusion projects for children and young people in vulnerable situations, including, using sports games as a teaching tool. L’ONG works in particular on issues such as’access and maintenance to’school, equality girls-boys, reconciliation of communities, etc, prevention health – eat well – move well – sleep well – use screens, change of focus on disability, etc,PLAY International has implemented educational and humanitarian projects in France and at’international in more than 20 countries for the benefit of nearly ’1 million’enfants. Today, the’ association relies on 6 missions in Burundi, Rwanda, Comoros, France, Kosovo and Senegal. PLAY International is a member of the SOS Group.
Playlab, created by PLAY International, is the social innovation hub of PLAY. It is intended to be a collective device, with an international dimension and dedicated to the’social innovation through sport. Its role is to promote the emergence and strengthening of new or existing solutions that use’ physical activity or sports play to meet societal challenges.

Responsibilities & missions
Under the direct supervision of the Social Innovation Project Manager of the Playlab, the’alternant.e will contribute to the deployment of the Playlab programs, in particular on projects around : the inclusion of refugees, research, etc, L’learning of mathematics, the protection of the’childhood and the’incubation of sports structures.
1- Development and communication :
- Performs contextual research and produces synthetic notes in support of the revision of the’innovation social strategy of’ONG.
- Participates in the drafting of’ calls for projects to finance Playlab projects including structuring tools such as the logical framework, timing, backplanning, budget.
- Actively monitors funding opportunities.
- Support the’ identification of potential operational partners.
- Participates in the monitoring of local’actualite and partnership opportunities.
- Participates in communication on social networks, through partnership events etc.
- Contributes to the creation of support for presentations of projects for external or internal use.
- Write articles, project sheets of Playlab especially on the PLAY site.
2- Programme implementation and monitoring :
- Supports the creation of’tools for the proper implementation of projects : Diagnostic tool, creation of training monitoring and evaluation questionnaires, follow-up of the Qualiopi process.
- Participation in the diagnostic process on new topics of’ONG.
- Realization, collection and analysis of monitoring and’assessment tools to establish balance sheets (especially for donors).
- Support for the development of new training materials and the UPDating of existing content and tools.
- Participation in field actions (diagnosis, co-creation, experimentation, field training). • Function of the projects, involvement in the pedagogical construction of educational content.

3- Coordination and pole life :
- Contributes to the’animation of communities of practice (between partners, between missions).
- Support the’organization of collective times (high/seminar times, working groups etc.).

Skills & experience
- Strong interest in the’associatif, sport and international development sectors
- Knowledge of the project cycle
- Excellent writing skills and a spirit of synthesis
- Mastery of the office pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Very good level of’anglais (read, written and spoken)
Formation
- Level of initial training required : Bac + 4 minimum in international development, project management, sports management or other relevant university course.

Conditions
- Position taking : September 2024

- Salary : According to the collective agreement grid of training organizations
- Advantages: 50% transport ticket, catering tickets, 50% mutual.
- Position based at the head office: 155 rue du Docteur Bauer, 93400 Saint Ouen sur Seine (travels in France possible)
