Focus on the Management Control Department
The Management Control Department is made up of 10 people. The mission of its members is to monitor the proper management of the budgets allocated to the association for the implementation of humanitarian programs on international missions.
And what about the Management Controller in all this?
As a Management Controller, you will be responsible for treasury, accounting, budgetary aspects and the training of administrative and financial coordinators on the missions for which you are responsible and you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the internal financial procedures of these missions.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Cash management: You will monitor the monthly cash flow forecast, prepare advances for the operating costs of the missions and monitor payments from donors of the missions monitored.
- Budget and Finance: You will monitor, analyze and validate current project budgets, as well as financial reports to be submitted, and you will control and validate budgets to be proposed to donors for new projects.
- Capitalization and Training: You will provide training and support to new mission administrators and you will participate in experience capitalization projects and the development of management tools and procedures.
- Accounting: You will ensure compliance with accounting reporting procedures from the field, you will control analytical allocations based on budgets and you will control the accuracy and quality of the information transmitted to the accounting department.
- Relations with the field: You will be the privileged contact for administrative and financial coordinators.
- Relations with the headquarters: You will be part of the management team and you will work in collaboration with the people integrating the geographic pole.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Training
You can provide proof of initial training in management, finance and/or accounting.
Experience
You have experience in a similar position at the headquarters of an NGO. You have experience in management control and/or internal audit. You have at least 2 years of field experience in an international NGO, as an administrative and financial coordinator. Do you know the intervention areas? This will be highly appreciated. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
SKILLS
You are proficient in SAGA software. Do you have a taste for training and supporting teams in the field? This position is for you!
Required qualities
You demonstrate good interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.
LANGUAGES
Do you speak French and English fluently? This is essential for this position!

PUI will offer you
- Status: Executive
- Salary: 3300 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
- Medical coverage: 100% of the Health and Welfare mutual insurance
- Support: Support of up to 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €10)
- Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
