Here’s where you come in:

As the Manager, Endpoint Management, you are responsible for managing the Endpoint Management group to deliver and manage solutions on a global scale for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting endpoint management solutions. You will define and maintain technical standards/roadmaps and work closely with field staff to deploy. You will work on multiple projects as a team lead and provide technical leadership to Systems Administrators and Systems Engineers. You will perform troubleshooting for complex hardware, operating system software and basic network problems. You will work with the Director of Infrastructure & Endpoint Operations to help create and drive the overall strategy.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Requires experience in supervising and building relationships with people at a variety of levels.
  • Requires at least 5+ years administering servers, desktop/laptop endpoints and mobile devices in an enterprise environment.
  • Requires at least 5+ years of experience designing, configuring, and deploying solutions to laptop/desktops, mobiles/tablet and server endpoints.
  • Typically has 7 to 10 years of relevant IT and business work experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary.
  • Effective in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Microsoft or AWS Relevant certification is an advantage.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Certified.
  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
