Position Objectives:
Design, implementation, monitoring and control of the marketing strategy for Mexico in coordination with country management and international marketing management and based on the objectives established by the organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Define the marketing plan for Mexico with the communication, recruitment and loyalty strategy and actions.
- Prepare and monitor the budget, set and approve the objectives of each of its areas and accompany your direct team in achieving them, continuously monitor the degree of progress and report the status of the situation, proposing corrective measures.
- Prepare the marketing plan, designing new products and improving existing ones, defining comprehensive marketing campaigns and implementing lead management and conversion programs.
- Prepare reporting to measure the results of campaigns and products.
- Design the communication plan, together with your manager, under the parameters of the brand positioning strategy at a global level and those of the country.
- Guard and custody of the brand. Ensure the implementation of the corporate identity manual.
- Define the communication plan, content strategy and own and external channels. Organic and paid. Monitoring and control of investment and return.

- Design, Control and Optimization of digital recruitment funnels. Orientation to results.
- Coordinate the organization of dissemination events and press conferences, presence on networks and forums.
- Prepare content for the internal communication plan for projects and institutional information at a vertical and horizontal level.
- Lead and supervise the performance of your own and your team’s functions with transparency, integrity, control and quality.
- Provide timely and proper internal and external accountability reports.
- Ensure compliance with the internal regulations and policies of the Organization.

Requirements
Knowledge and experience:
- University studies in Marketing, Advertising and PR or similar.
- Master in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 10 years of previous work experience in similar roles of responsibility and development of the 360 marketing strategy in Mexico, in the third sector or another.
- Previous experience in digital recruitment strategy, recruitment funnels and KPI management.
- Previous experience in Loyalty, nutrition funnels, upselling and cross selling.
- Orientation to results.
