Job summary
Designing and preparing media materials and publications to enhance the visual identity and promote the work of the association, in addition to supporting the project team by preparing templates, posts, and presentations. This includes coordinating with the media team, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the development of the association’s marketing plans.
Qualifications and education requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or its equivalent.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge in using photography tools.
- Advanced knowledge in photo editing software (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).
- Advanced skills in creating templates and layouts for office programs and presentations.
- Experience in designing and producing reports/magazines using InDesign.
- Good level of English (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects (preferred).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and designing media materials and publications that contribute to promoting the association’s work.
- Participating in supporting media tools and materials to help develop the association’s visual identity.
- Implementing the association’s media policy in reports, printed materials, banners, and other media products.
- Preparing and designing studies, reports, and technical outputs produced by the different teams in the association.
- Preparing and designing printed content for the association, while overseeing and ensuring quality control.
- Coordinating with the media team to organize, maintain, and archive the media content related to projects.
- Capturing photos and videos during projects and field visits.
- Providing marketing and promotional support to the project team through the design of templates, posts, and presentations.
- Assisting in assessing the marketing material needs of the association, including contributing to the preparation and distribution of marketing products.
- Collaborating with the media team to develop plans and propose ideas and content that enhance the association’s reputation.
- Attending regular meetings with the direct manager, subordinates, and relevant colleagues to discuss and review the latest updates.
