Doctors of the World is the German section of the international humanitarian organization Médecins du Monde/Doctors of the World. Doctors of the World is committed to ensuring that all people everywhere can assert their right to health – with medical help and political work.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time IT and information management employee (40 hours per week) as soon as possible. The position is initially for 2 years with an option for continued employment.

YOUR FUTURE AREAS OF WORK

  • You will provide first-level technical support and be the first point of contact for colleagues’ IT questions and problems.
  • You manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, Teams and Exchange Online, to ensure secure and efficient collaboration.
  • You will maintain and further develop the already configured Intune and Entra AD environment to ensure secure management of (mobile) end devices and cloud identities.
  • They support the implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 as a CRM solution and ensure smooth integration with existing Microsoft 365 applications.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed IT-oriented vocational training, a degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable qualification. Career changers with initial professional experience are also welcome.
  • You are familiar with managing Microsoft 365, Windows system administration, and common IT applications.
  • You find it easy to explain technical issues in a way that is understandable to “non-professionals”.
  • You have very good German and good English skills.
