The purpose of the position is to support the execution of project implementation in the improvement and updating of Monitoring and Evaluation processes and systems according to institutional policies and the needs identified in the country.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that NRC information collection, storage and reporting tools ( Beneficiary data bases/GORS ) include the information necessary to report on the status of execution of the projects implemented in their area.
- Provide training and technical assistance to personnel based on the correct implementation, improvement and updating of the procedures and tools of the M + E system.
- Support the production of reports on projects in implementation in your area by using tools designed for this purpose.
- Support the development of proposals to donors.
- Support the application and systematization of surveys, interviews, focus groups, competency tests and other tools that measure project management according to the NRC monitoring and evaluation system.
- Participate in the development of project activities that require it to guarantee its proper systematization and management.
- The others assigned by the supervisor in fulfilling the objective of the position.
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES:
- Professional in social sciences, administrative sciences or related careers
- At least two ( 2 ) years of work experience in systematization, monitoring and evaluation processes for social and / or humanitarian projects.
- Previous work experience in complex and volatile contexts
- Verifiable experience related to position responsibilities
- Management of office package, intermediate to advanced in Excel.
- Platform management data collection such as SPSS, Kobo Toolbox, Survey Monkey
- Platform management data visualization such as Power BI or Tableau
- Intermediate technical English knowledge.
