Takaful Al Sham Charity is a non-governmental civil society organization devoted to alleviating the suffering and improving the sustainability mechanisms of conflict-affected population.
Takaful Al Sham Charity partners directly with affected Syrian populations delivering humanitarian and development programs, Livelihood, Education, and Protection, to enable them to improve their living practices and their sustainability mechanisms.
General Responsibilities:
1- Covering project activities in El Zag and launching monitoring activities.
2- Ensuring the quality of the implementation of activities by visiting the center based on the monitoring plan.
3- Send daily and weekly reports and activity reports for the monitoring and evaluation project.
4- Conducting field visits to the center and taking feedback from direct and indirect beneficiaries.
5- Implementation of questionnaires and interviews with stakeholders.
Required knowledge and experience:
1- Knowledge in the humanitarian sector.
2- Familiarity with humanitarian standards.
3- Familiarity with the nature of monitoring and evaluation work.
4- Turkish language at an advanced level C1 (reading, writing, speaking, listening) at least.
5- English language at least intermediate level B1.
6- Full-time to work from 2 to 4 days a week.
7- Experience in writing reports.
8- Flexibility to work long hours when needed.
