Your Challenge

Our Global Communications Department is currently engaged in developing a coherent, optimized, and unified communication approach across all our offices globally. As part of that we’re embarking on an exciting project to revamp our digital landscape, including our website and social media platforms. To help with this important work, we’re looking for someone to join our team as an Online Officer.

Your Responsibilities

As our Online expert, you’ll be a vital part of our team, collaborating closely with our online colleague and reporting to the Director of Communications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring our communications strategy is seamlessly integrated into online platforms and content.
  • Assist in planning, creating, and curating content for any online channel that may require launching.
  • Produce, schedule and post social media content and keep on top of trends to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Produce and publish content on the website.
  • Monitor the performance of the website and optimize the content and metadata of its pages accordingly using the required knowledge of SEO.
  • Oversee the design of communication materials that will be used online, including publications, graphics and videos.

Your Profile

  • Skills in creating or editing graphics, images and audio-visual materials
  • Experience managing professional social media accounts and organic growth.
  • Experience of website content creating, management and SEO.
  • Fluent English is a must, proficiency in Dutch, Arabic, French, or Spanish is a definite advantage. A native English speaker is preferable.

Our offer

We are offering a short-term contract lasting 9 months only with a work week of 36 hours. The monthly salary ranges from €3.017 to €3.752 gross (based on a 40-hour work week) and depending on experience. This role is based in the Netherlands and available to candidates with a valid residence and work permit. Additional benefits include:
