Operatrice anti-tratta con competenze linguistiche progetto “E.V.A. – Early identification and protection of Victims of trafficking in border Areas At Save the Children

As part of Save the Children’s intervention at the border, the collaborator will contribute to promoting the emergence and protection of minors, young women and families who are potential victims of trafficking for the purpose of exploitation.

The collaborator will also support the project coordinator in the development of project documents on the topic, papers and reporting.

The areas of intervention will be the territories of Imperia and Ventimiglia (IM) with possible missions in neighboring territories and regions, where required.

REFERENCE PROJECT

As part of the project  “EVA – Early identification and protection of Victims of trafficking in border Areas ”  (Ref: 101101003 – AMIF-2022-TF1-AG-THB)  – financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) Program of the European Union, the collaborator:

  • Is  responsible  for:
    • Collaborate with Save the Children colleagues in Ventimiglia and the project partners in order to guarantee the emergence activity and protection of the project beneficiaries (WP4);
    • Facilitate the pre-identification activity implemented by the team and the monitoring of the project beneficiaries (WP4).
    • Ensure, during the various actions envisaged by the project, linguistic support during interviews with potential victims of trafficking for the purpose of exploitation, facilitating the relationship with the latter.
    • In close collaboration with the anti-trafficking case worker, ensure correct referral to project partners and encourage the inclusion of victims in the project safe shelter (WP5);
    • Contribute to the collection of project data, through dedicated platforms.
    • Use the project tools aimed at pre-identification, referral and monitoring of victims (WP1, WP4, WP5).
    • Collaborate in the improvement of the territorial referral mechanism.
    • Contribute to the definition of thematic contents for internal and external communication (WP2).
    • Ensure a correct exchange of information on the thematic contents of the activities with Save the Children colleagues and project partners.
    • Communicate and relate to all members of the project staff, the Protection Structure and other areas of the Organization, for the effective carrying out of activities.
    • Contribute to the development of thematic reports and papers that ensure the achievement of the project objectives.
    • Guarantee thematic support for the activities of the Trafficking and Exploitation Area.
  • Participate/Support:
    • at project meetings online or in person;
    • to project workshops (WP3);
    • the partners in the safety phase, including the transfer and monitoring of the beneficiaries;
