Job Purpose: Supervise and sustain the orphans centers by managing and coordinating all aspects of sustainable projects within these centers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that projects implemented in the orphans centers, contribute to the orphans welfare and adhere to environmental, social, and economic standards to achieve sustainable goals and contribute to environmental preservation and sustainable development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in development of projects proposals that address orphans welfare
- Develop sustainable project plans and implement them, including setting goals and identifying necessary financial and human resources.
- Monitoring and follow progress of the projects implemented in the centers.
- Ensure regular internal evaluation of projects to measure progress towards achieving stated objectes
- Prepare regular reports on project performance, including environmental and social assessments.
- Conduct regular field visits to social care centers.
- Communicate and interact with stakeholders, including partners, local authorities, beneficiaries, and local communities.
- Evaluate the environmental, social, and economic aspects of projects and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
- Analyze potential risks and develop plans to address them.
- Ensure project compliance with local and international environmental, social, and economic standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and disclosure of project information.
- Provide recommendations to improve project performance and contribution to the achievement of sustainable goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in humanities and social sciences.
- Previous experience in a similar field of 3-5 years.
- The capability to write project proposals for donor entities.
- Knowledge of environmental, social, and economic standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking and risk management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bangali. Arabic.
