PARALEGAL
Based in Quezon City
The Paralegal focuses on assisting the Legal and Compliance team in delivering efficient and effective legal services, providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review, and performs related administrative and support functions including that for the Senior Management Team meetings, and for the Board of Trustees and its Committees.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of relevant four-year course such as Legal Management or Business Management, preferably with law background or paralegal training
- Less than one (1) year experience
- Excellent computer skills Office 365, advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat DC, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other applications
- Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with law, legal/regulatory procedures and protocols
- Ability to manage an independent workload while contributing effectively to the team.
- Ability to work effectively under continual deadlines
- Must have high organizational and planning skills, detail oriented and capable in handling tasks on schedule
- Will work well under pressure with ability to handle adverse situations as they arise
- Adaptable, flexible with a high level of work ethics
