Médecins Sans Frontières, an international humanitarian medical association created in 1971, provides medical assistance to populations whose lives are threatened: mainly in the event of armed conflict, but also epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters or exclusion from care. The French section is present in around thirty countries.
We are looking for a Print and Web Communication Intern .
Mission
Within the logistics department of Médecins Sans Frontières, you participate in the design and organization of internal business communication for the organization’s staff at headquarters and in the field.
Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Director of the Logistics Department,
Main activities :
- Participate in the production of the guide to good environmental logistics practices and any other technical business guide in paper and digital format.
- Participate in the development of the editorial line of business guides
- Provide graphic design, DTP and illustration
- Design the web version to be integrated into the MSF intranet platforms (Sharepoint)
- Ensure the editorial secretariat (proofreading, editing, prioritization)
- Contribute to the technical, graphic and editorial overhaul of logistics business newsletters
- Participation au choix et à la mise en place d’une nouvelle plate-forme technique de gestion des newsletters métier.
- Proposer et réaliser une nouvelle mise en page et graphismes
- Participation à l’élaboration de la ligne éditoriale des newsletters
- Assurer le secrétariat de rédaction (relecture, édition, hiérarchisation)
- Mettre en place et analyser les mesures d’audience et proposer la meilleure stratégie d’évolution de contenu et fréquence des newsletters.
- Développer la publication de contenus sur le nouvel intranet métier (Microsoft Sharepoint)
- Participer à l’élaboration de la ligne éditoriale des médias digitaux
- Contribuer à l’identification des besoins de contenus à publier sur Sharepoint en lien avec les projets ou la stratégie de communication du département.
- Elaborer les contenus et supports de communication (écrits, visuels, audiovisuels)
- Assurer le secrétariat de rédaction (relecture, édition, hiérarchisation)
- Participer à tout autre projet de communication métier du département
Profil recherché :
Vous avez un BAC+3 minimum en communication, graphisme, ou tout autre domaine en relation avec les missions du poste.
Compétences :
- Bonne capacité rédactionnelle
- Capacité de travail en équipe multiculturelle et avec des partenaires extérieurs
- Maitrise des outils Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc), Microsoft 365 et Microsoft Sharepoint.
Langues : Français et Anglais niveau B2 minimum
Statut : Stage de 6 mois, avec convention de stage obligatoire. Basé à Paris, métro Jaurès.
Conditions : Indemnité selon niveau d’études (de 4,48 €/heure Bac +3 à 6,55 €/heure Bac +5 et plus).
Package of 20 restaurant vouchers / per month, with a face value of €11 (60% covered by Médecins Sans Frontières); 2 days of compensated rest per month; Support for 50% of the public transport subscription (no support for train tickets for residents outside Ile de France coming to work in Paris).
