Process referent, headquarters business tools and data analyst supply M/F
Assignment :
Within the Purchasing and Supply department and under the responsibility of the Supply Chain Manager, Businesses and Tools, in close collaboration with the IT Systems Department (DSI), the Process, Business Tools and Data Analyst Supply Officer has the following main missions:
- Centralize the Headquarters tool needs (EBP, Workday Purchasing IS, Excel tools, etc.) of the Purchasing and Supply department
- Ensure the consistency of the processes and tools of the Headquarters Supply Chain in accordance with organizational constraints and business strategy
- Manage the implementation of Headquarters Supply Chain tools, on the business side, ensuring change management and appropriate user support.
- Centralize Supply user needs in terms of business intelligence on the Supply Chain
- Organize the collection, processing, analysis and visualization of Supply Chain data in the BI tools used by MSF (Power BI and Prism), with a view to improving our practices and facilitating decision-making.
Main responsibilities:
Collection and analysis of business needs
- Collect, qualify and analyze business needs from business representatives and users,
- Check the consistency of needs by relying on the domain manager at the IT department where applicable,
- Prioritize requests for needs received and project developments with the IT department,
- Translate these needs into reference deliverables: framing note, detailed expression of needs.
Process and tools referent
- Map, formalize, update and disseminate business processes in relation to the tools in its scope and their functionalities, relying on business referents,
- Ensure the consistency of all business tools by relying on the domain manager(s) in the IT department,
- Be the privileged contact with publishers on functional and tool support issues within their scope
- Ensure technological monitoring with a view to detecting technical solutions that best meet the business processes developed and legal or regulatory constraints.
Application User Support
- Manage application support
- Ensure that documentation, functional and technical support as well as training systems are in place for users of the tools within its scope.
- Provide ad hoc training to users, write user manuals, update FAQs and online support, if necessary,
- Qualify incidents reported by users in your area, create and track tickets in the referenced incident management tools
Maintenance
- Ensure the functional administration of certain tools, as direct manager or as backup
- Collaborate with the domain manager in the IT department in charge of the technical administration of the tools
- Participate in the development and maintenance of a global Supply Chain data management system in collaboration with the MSF France IT department and international bodies.
- Develop and maintain data analysis reports (Power BI, Prism) with the aim of producing visuals summarizing Supply Chain activity and its performance.
- Check the compliance of user workstations after application deployment, participate in project committees/steering committees where applicable.
Participation in projects:
- Participate in calls for tenders during project launches,
- Participate in the drafting of certain project deliverables (functional specifications, functional specification documentation, acceptance specifications, etc.) and validate the deliverables within its scope,
- Supervise the functional configuration of business applications, check the proper functioning of the connected interfaces of the applications,
- Contribute to the organization and implementation of the recipe to verify compliance with the specifications
- Contribute to project coordination for the implementation of projects: identification and implementation of change management actions, development of the training plan, etc.,
Ÿ Cross-functional collaborations: working closely with the Supply Chain and Purchasing Business Referents, with the Supply Chain Field Business Process and Tools Referent, the IT Department Domain Manager and the Supply Chain Analytics Manager of the international office.
Profile sought:
Training:
Master in Supply Chain or Supply Chain-oriented Information Systems.
Experience :
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position is required (technical support and development of supply chain tools such as ERP)
- Minimum one year of experience with an NGO is mandatory.
SKILLS :
- Good knowledge of project management and implementation of IT tools.
- Excellent command of Power BI (ETL, modeling and reporting) required.
- Knowledge of MSF supply activities is an asset.
- A good knowledge of EBP, Workday and/or Prism, although not necessary, would be a significant advantage.
LANGUAGES :
- Proficiency in French (level C1) and operational English (level B2).
Skills:
- Ability to cooperate, sense of responsibility, decision-making ability.
- Qualities of analysis, synthesis and responsiveness to problems.
- Great writing skills, good listening skills, excellent teacher.
- Sense of service and organization, strong autonomy.
Status: Permanent contract – Executive – Full-time – Position based in Paris
Salary conditions: €49.7K gross per year over 13 months. 22 RTT days per year. Health insurance 100% covered by Médecins Sans Frontières. Meal vouchers with a face value of €11.00 (60% covered by Médecins Sans Frontières). 50% coverage of public transport subscription.
