Provide technical leadership in the development of mental health promotion activities, care and control of the target population that are part of projects that ensure and guarantee compliance with World Vision International standards and guidelines, government policies, international humanitarian standards and requirements of partners and / or donors.

one. Technically accompany design, execution and control in the humanitarian field, especially in the health sector, with a specific focus on the care of vulnerable women and girls.
2. Accompany relationships with possible / key WV.
3. Develop the technical approach to mental health in the design and implementation of proposals.
4. Guarantee that the care of children and women is incorporated in all projects where VM Venezuela decides to participate.
5. Provide technical support during project implementation to ensure compliance with established standards.
6. Technical guidance and quality assurance of proposals with a focus on health, linked to protection, child protection, gender violence programming, as well as the incorporation of technical considerations in their area of expertise.
7. Represent World Vision in the network of partners, donors, and / or related subsectors, with an emphasis on protection and gender in the country’s humanitarian structure and other humanitarian coordination scenarios 8.Develop the capacity of VM Venezuela and
of special projects in the design of programs, proposals, standards and technical approaches, quality monitoring, reports and impact communication.
9. Build staff capacity in program / proposal design, technical standards and approaches, quality monitoring, impact reporting and communication to ensure a focus on Health in humanitarian contexts.
10. Support the Monitoring and Evaluation team ( MEAL ) in the development of indicators, objectives, measurement frameworks and monitoring plans, as well as Baseline lines and evaluations at the country and project level.
eleven. Review the reports presented by VM Venezuela to the certificates to guarantee technical quality.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Humanitarian Aid or development programs, especially with an emphasis on education. Preparation of training programs, good writing, monthly reporting, creative, teamwork, good presence
