POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide assistance in developing proposals and implementing programs and projects as required by the program and support areas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Projects and territories
Develops monthly reports on context and progress at the national level in coordination with the program management and country management.
Provides support in the development of quarterly and annual reports on the programmatic achievements and impacts of HIAS Peru.
Supports in the management of the virtual folders of the program area: projects, technical areas, communications, proposals.
Supports in the preparation of formats for territorial plans, schedules, calendars, and various reports.
Supports in the development of presentations and work minutes with partners.
Proposals
Provides support in the implementation of design, planning, and budgeting methodologies.
Supports in the preparation of the work plan for proposals.
Coordinates with the different areas the collection of recommendations for the design of proposals.
Supports in the preparation of annex documents and the collection of administrative documentation required for the proposals
. Monitors the work plan for high-level proposals: compliance with deadlines, fulfillment of commitments, completion of information where required.
Coordinates with the areas the signatures of documents required for the presentation of proposals and agreements.
Supports in the review of the final documents based on the recommendations.
Programmatic Strategy
Supports the development of the partnership strategy, which includes mapping national partners, differentiating between donor partners, programmatic partners, corporate partners, among others.
Supports the development of content materials (presentations, factsheets, flyers) to strengthen relationships with different partners.
Supports the monitoring of area strategies and territorial plans.
Others as assigned
Assists the national and program management in coordinating the development and preparation of strategic representation meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Studies
• Graduate or university graduate in Social Sciences, Social Management or other related careers
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in positions related to projects, development, community activities.
• Desirable experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting for donors
General and specific knowledge:
• Relevant knowledge on the protection of refugee and migrant populations in vulnerable contexts.
• Strengthened knowledge on gender and gender-based violence.
• Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Advanced English: spoken and written (essential).
Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, oral and written; good planning and organizational skills; ability to work in a team.
• Respectful, able to discuss sensitive issues honestly, openly, effectively, in groups and with individuals.
• Interest and commitment to human rights and gender equality.
• Proactivity, creativity and flexibility
