Program Manager Desk Africa/Haiti M/F At Islamic Relief France

Founded in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) for emergency relief and development. SIF operates with strict neutrality, without distinction of origin, gender or religion, and is dedicated to alleviating the suffering of the world’s most deprived populations.

Context
Reporting to the A/H Desk Manager, the A/H Desk Program Manager will participate in writing the A/H Desk operational strategy and will have to act as an interface between the field teams and the support services at headquarters.

Your main missions will be the following (non-exhaustive and evolving list):
•Contribute to the development of the operational strategy and operational strategies of the zone missions.
•Coordinate the development of the Desk’s programs (logical framework, narrative, budget, etc.).
•Coordinate the development of funding requests and reports due to institutional donors.
•Monitor the programs and operational and financial partnerships of the missions.
•Ensure the proper application of SIF procedures on the missions managed by the Desk.

Profile
•Required degree: Bac+5 in Political Science, International Relations or humanitarian project management with a specialization in crisis analysis.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in project management in the field.
•Skills in humanitarian project management and coordination.
•Knowledge of the project cycle and the geopolitics of the intervention areas.
•Mastery of the project cycle and support tools (problem tree, solution tree, project monitoring and evaluation tools).
•Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
•Autonomy, sense of priorities and time management.

Conditions
• Fixed-term contract, maternity leave replacement, to be filled in January 2025.
• Executive status, full-time.
• 15 days of recovery.
